Discord
Our Discord server is the fastest place for “is this normal?” questions — lag you cannot explain, a plugin that will not load, a modpack that crashes on boot. Server owners help each other there too, and it is where we post when something on the platform is broken.
Before you write, these answer most things faster
- Live platform status — if TPS or capacity looks wrong across the board, it will show here first.
- Guides — setup, server networks, and the config we ship on every new server.
- Pricing and the cost calculator — for “why is my bill this?”, the calculator usually answers it in a few seconds.
- Refund policy — unspent wallet credit is refundable; the page says exactly how.
What we will not tell you here
How fast we reply. We have not measured it well enough to promise a number, and a response-time claim we cannot back is exactly the kind of thing this site exists to avoid. There is no support SLA — if that matters for what you are running, it is a fair reason to pick a bigger host.
