Refund Policy
TrueTick is prepaid: you top up a wallet, your servers draw it down. That makes refunds simple — credit you haven't spent is refundable; usage you've already consumed is not.
1. Unused credit
Ask within 14 days of a top-up and we'll refund it in full if none of it was spent, or the unspent remainder if some was. After 14 days, unused credit is still refundable on request when you close your account — we keep your money for hosting, not for breakage.
2. Consumed usage
Time your servers actually ran (metered gigabyte-hours or flat daily charges) is not refundable — the hardware was reserved for you and nobody else, that's the no-overselling deal.
3. How to request
Email support@truetick.gg from your account address (or ping us on Discord) with the top-up you want refunded. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, back to the original payment method — typically within 3–10 business days depending on your bank.
4. The fine print
- Statutory consumer rights (EU/UK and elsewhere) are not limited by this policy.
- Accounts terminated for fraud or illegal use (see the terms) may have refunds withheld where the law allows.
- Chargebacks filed instead of a refund request may lead to account suspension while we sort it out — please just ask first.
