Give someone access to one server
Dashboard → Members is owner-only, same as for a regular team invite. This is for when you want to hand someone a server — or a couple of them — without handing over the whole account: through the panel they never see the wallet, never see the other servers, and can't create new ones. (One exception, if your account has a Discord link — see Taking access away below.)
Inviting someone to specific servers
On the invite form, pick Selected servers instead of the default Whole account, then check the box next to each server they should reach. Send invite stays disabled until at least one server is checked. This sends the invite with the limited role — under the hood it's the same invite as any other: an emailed link good for 7 days, acceptable only by someone signed in with that exact email and a verified email address, and it counts toward the account's 5-member cap the same as a whole-account invite would.
If a server you picked gets deleted before the invite is accepted, it's simply left out of what they end up with — the invite itself still goes through.
What they see
Their dashboard lists only the servers you gave them — nothing else on the account shows up, and opening the URL of a different server on the account directly returns "not found," the same response you'd get for a server that doesn't exist. If you haven't given them anything yet, the dashboard says "No servers shared with you yet — ask the account owner to give you access" instead of the usual "create a server" prompt, and there's no button to create one.
Like a regular team Member, they don't get Wallet, Members, or API keys in the nav. On a server they can reach, the wallet balance and account limits aren't shown either — not as zero, just left out, because reading either one is refused for this role. If that server is on a network, the Network tab is hidden too.
On each server they're scoped to, they can start, stop, and restart it, and work with its console, files, backups, players, plugins/mods, schedules, and settings. They can't delete the server or switch its plan between Flat and Metered — those stay owner-only, the same as for a regular Member. Starting or restarting still spends the account's money the same way it would for anyone else — they just never see the balance while they do it. If you want a ceiling on what any team member's activity can cost, that's the account's monthly spend cap (see Wallet: top-ups, auto top-up, spend cap and the ledger), not something set per person.
Changing the set later
On the Members page, a scoped member's row shows an Access column with the servers they currently reach (or "No servers yet"). Click Edit access, check or uncheck servers, then Save access — this replaces the whole set, it doesn't add to what they already had.
You can also turn an existing Member or Owner into a scoped member: Limit to servers on their row switches them to the limited role with an empty scope and opens the picker immediately so you can grant access in the same step.
Taking access away
Make member on a scoped member's row gives them the whole account back — the regular Member role — and drops their per-server scope entirely. Remove takes them off the account altogether; they lose every server they had. Either way it applies right away: the next time they load or refresh a page, without needing to sign out and back in.
One thing neither button revokes: the account's Discord link. If someone linked this account to their Discord (Dashboard → Profile → Generate link code, then /link <code> in Discord), that link belongs to the account, not to the person who made it — the bot acts as the account itself, so through it that Discord user can list every server on the account, start/stop/restart them, and read the wallet and the ledger, regardless of any per-server scope. Demoting them to scoped access or removing them from the account entirely leaves that intact. If the person you're revoking is the one who made the link, unlink it too: Dashboard → Profile → Unlink, on your own owner account — it clears the account's link whoever created it, and the person can re-link only if you still want them to. A scoped member cannot create a new link (that's owner/Member-only), so unlinking once is enough.
Troubleshooting
They still see a server you removed. The panel checks access on every page load, not at sign-in — have them reload the page.
Can't invite anyone new / the checkboxes don't do anything. The account may be at its 5-member cap, owner included; remove someone first or the invite is refused the same way a whole-account invite would be.
They were removed but the Discord bot still answers for them. That's the account Discord link, not their membership — see Taking access away. Unlink it from Dashboard → Profile.
A scoped member says a page they need is missing. If it's Wallet, Members, or API keys, that's expected — those stay owner-only regardless of scope. If it's a server they should have access to, check their row's Access column on the Members page; a server not listed there is a server they can't open.
